TO RETURN ANY PRODUCT(S)
If you decide that the program does not meet your needs, your responsibility is to return it in resaleable condition at your expense. Consult your Invoice or Packing Slip for the correct Return Address. Your account will be credited if the software is returned in a timely manner in resaleable condition with your original Packing Slip or a copy of your Invoice, and all other original materials. Software damaged, marked, or stamped by your school will not be accepted for return.

 PRICING INFORMATION
All prices quoted are in U.S. funds. Terms are net 30 days, no cash discounts. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank.

Shipping, handling, and insurance charges within the United States:

$100+, FREE shipping.

All international orders are charged a flat $18 shipping charge, regardless of order total. Normal delivery is in one-two weeks. For faster delivery, authorize additional shipping charges on your order. Please call for information on international shipping, handling, and insurance charges.

DISK REPLACEMENT
Any defective disk will be replaced free of charge if returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.We will replace damaged or unusable disks for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase for a $10.00 replacement fee, plus $5.00 shipping and handling. Confirmation of purchase is necessary.

COPYRIGHT PERMISSIONS
All software programs, accompanying documentation, and print materials are copyrighted. You may not copy or otherwise reproduce disks or any part of the printed materials except where permission is specifically granted. Registered users are allowed to make one back-up copy of unprotected program disks. Any other unauthorized copying is in violation of U.S. copyright laws.

 SOFTWARE INFORMATION

STANDARD PACKAGE:
A Standard Package is a single package with disks and documentation for use on one computer.

LAB PACK:
A Lab Pack (10 pack) includes a Standard Package and 9 additional disk copies. A CD Lab Pack (5 pack) includes a Standard Package and 4 additional CDs.

NETWORK / SITE LICENSE VERSIONS:
Network Versions are programs prepared to run on popular networked computer systems. If desired, these disks may be used instead as a Site License and copied for each computer at a single site. The Network/Site License allows for use on up to 30 computers in one building. Call us toll-free to verify software compatibility with your network system.

Bundles are related titles that have been grouped together and priced at a discount. (Available only where indicated.)
